Shipping & Delivery

Based on our worldwide product sourcing and relationships, many of our selections ship from both within the US and outside the US, manufacturer direct to you. 

To keep prices low and value high, most orders directly from factory warehouses in Asia, Australia and South America. We also use US warehouses whenever we can.  

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging are included when you order. All orders are sent for fulfillment for shipping within 24 hours after the order is placed. Manufacturers and major shipping methods such as US Postal Service and China Post process the orders, which takes 1-2 days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 8 –14 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. Orders from our US warehouses take about a week to arrive. 
  • Multiple item orders: It is possible for your items to arrive in separate shipments. So don't be alarmed if you receive items on different days or in separate packages. This is normal. If you have any questions, just ask us.

IMPORTANT - let us keep you updated on your order! If you provide a legitimate email or phone number upon checkout, we can provide you tracking numbers and ongoing shipping updates via email and/or SMS, so you always know where your order is. We always stand behind our 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Because we ship directly from many of our partners in these countries, your order may take 7-15 business days to arrive but this keeps our pricing to you much lower. Our shipping might take a little longer than say Amazon, but in most every case you are getting a better value and deal.
